Hi! I’m Noelle, a certified makeup artist located in beautiful Victoria, BC. I have over 10 years experience making women feel beautiful. ♥

I worked in the beauty industry for nearly a decade and was lucky enough to become an educator for Sephora. I had the privilege to train new artists and certify them to do makeup! I currently freelance in my spare time and am so excited for all the weddings I have coming up in 2024.

All makeup services are on-location which means that I travel to you! I provide various makeup services including bridal and wedding parties, special occasion makeup, photoshoots and makeup lessons.
